Responsibilities
- Define and execute technology strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead and mentor engineering and data science teams
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and frameworks
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of our platforms
- Collaborate with executive team on product vision and strategy
- Drive innovation and maintain technical excellence across the organization
Requirements
- 10+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in executive roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling technology teams and products
- Strong background in AI, machine learning, and data engineering
- Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems
- Excellence in communication and ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action and innovation
