Join our team as an AI Product Manager/Prompt Manager to lead the development and optimization of our AI-powered solutions. In this role, you'll craft effective prompts, design user experiences, and ensure our AI products meet client needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine AI prompts to achieve specific business outcomes
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on AI model integration
- Define product requirements and roadmaps for AI solutions
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve AI performance
- Stay current with the latest developments in LLMs and prompt engineering
- Develop guidelines and best practices for prompt engineering across teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, UX design, or related field
- Demonstrated experience with LLMs and prompt engineering techniques
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations
- Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail
- User-centric mindset with ability to translate business needs into effective prompts
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLM platforms
